Kathy and Duncan are a power couple that perfectly balance each other out, in both personality and size. They’re diligent with their work but its not always serious. It’s their good sense of humor that keeps their staff and customers happy. Kathy has two pet ducks named Chicken and Nugget whilst Duncan would rather a pet dragon which he can take to work so that he can avoid Sydney’s horrible peak hour traffic.
